Hall, staircase and upper landing carpeted for second time in twenty years at this address. Used Direct Carpet Co, Brighouse for the fourty years we have lived in our five HD6 homes'. Once again excellent before and after service this time by the fairly new proprietors Kyle and Dan. Highly recommended.

Direct carpets installed carpets and LVT flooring throughout our house.The customer service was excellent and, whilst measuring up, kyle provided invaluable advice to help us choose the right carpets and flooring for our home.The price was very competitive, the service was excellent and the fitters for both the carpet and the flooring were friendly and clean.Kyle has also recently made us x2 custom door mats that match in perfectly.Highly recommended.

We’ve just replaced the landings and stair carpets and used Direct Carpets for the 1st time Very friendly and helpful initially in the shop. Courteous estimate appointment with the extra bonus of suggesting replacement screws for the carpet brass plates so even the older ones look newer.Fitters were courteous, tidy and hard working. We are very satisfied with all aspects of the job We will be recommending and using Kyle and Dan again. Thanks guys great work 👍🏼

I was delighted with the beautiful linen trim they attached onto 2 sisal carpet off cuts - which made 2 gorgeous rugs, bringing pleasure and avoiding landfill! I will use again without a doubt - excellent service too.

Wow! I love my new risers from Direct Carpet Co. From start to finish, it was a smooth transaction. Kyle went above and beyond to make sure that I knew all of my options and help me to get the sisal treads that I wanted.The suggestion of the tiger eye sisal was inspired. And when I asked for the whipping to be done in a particular colour, the answer was 'of course'!Did I mention the super fast delivery?Thanks for everything, Kyle. I'm chuffed to bits with them.

Just had our sitting room carpet replaced. Excellent choice of products, fair price and excellent service. The carpet fitters wet brilliant, moved furniture and removed the old carpet. Highly recommend this company.

They visit your home with all the pattern samples measure up in order to give you a price without any obligation or cost
Once you accept their very competitive price they agree a fitting date to suit you
The fitters arrive at the exact time and are efficient and thorough
The after sales service is excellent and the offer of an off it being made into a mat is a nice bonus
