My mum decided she would like new carpets in the flat she has recently moved to, so we contacted you. You remembered the type of carpet mum had chosen at her previous house and you brought pattern books to reflect the quality and style you thought she would like.  You told us exactly when you were coming to lay the carpets, and came the day before to adjust doors so that they would open over the new depth of pile. You fitted the carpets with the minimum of disruption and fuss, moving the furniture where necessary and putting everything back just where it had come from.  You certainly excel in customer service and we would gladly recommend you to anyone needing your sort of expertise.
